Let me be clear:
All fears are imaginary.
Danger is real.
There is no such thing as real fear.
That’s what we have to remember: fears are just fear, they haven’t happened, so actually in reality …………….
– they do not exist.
Danger exists in the moment. It’s real!
Danger is what our flight or fight mechanism was built for – to warn us of real danger so that we can take action. It was not meant to cope with all the imaginary fears we bombard it with on a daily basis.
